Here's how it works

Step 1 — Reserve your session. A focused 45-minute call where we name the specific pattern underneath what you've been experiencing and build a practical first plan — one thing to stop, one thing to start, one move that proves the pattern isn't running the show.

Step 2 — Complete your Clarity Reflection. After booking you'll receive five questions to work through before we talk. Five to seven minutes. The more honest you are, the faster we get to what's actually going on.

Step 3 — Show up ready. You'll come in clearer. I'll come in prepared. We skip the surface and get to the real work faster.

That plan is yours to keep regardless of what we decide after.


One thing I want to be straight with you about.

If it's clear the work needs to go deeper, I'll spend a few minutes at the end showing you what that looks like.

The session itself is focused entirely on you.
